At DOGG About Boarding Services, we always put the pack first. With limited kennel spots available and daycare services depending on the needs of our boarding guests, we strive to make sure that your dog is among friends when they are at DOGG About. After registering, we’ll reach out to your veterinarian to ensure the vaccination history are met by our requirement.
We want your dog to be happy and healthy during his stay at DOGG About. That’s why we conduct an assessment before confirming enrolment.

Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel your stay?
Sometimes plans change, we get it. Here’s what you need to know about cancelling your dog’s West Kelowna staycation.
Overnight boarding and daycare cancellation policy
One night charge for cancellation after booking. Cancellations with less than seven days’ notice, 50% of payment will be applied. Full payment is required for cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice.
Christmas and all BC long weekends
For cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice, 50% of payment will be applied. Full payment is required for cancellations with less than seven days’ notice.
A minimum 7 nights stay with non-refundable full payment is required during Christmas/New Year to secure a reservation.
